Blueberry Crisp


Servings: 15 Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 7-10 minutes

½ cup sugar 2 tablespoons flour ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon cinnamon 1 quart fresh blueberries (not frozen) 1 cup oatmeal 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ cup butter

  1. Mix sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon.

  2. In a cast iron skillet pour in the blueberries and sprinkle with cinnamon flour mixture.

  3. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over blueberries.

  4. Bake at 500-600 degrees Fahrenheit until berries are done 7-15 minutes.
