First, all orders are subject to availability - this just means that if we don’t have it now, you’ll be notified that your estimated arrival time may be delayed as we restock.
Second, you can usually expect your order to arrive between 2 - 8 business days (domestic orders) or 4 - 22 business days (international orders), but this can vary quite a bit depending on time of year and volume of orders. After placing an order, check your confirmation email to find out your expected shipping date.
Finally, we offer free returns on all unused products and free return shipping within the contiguous US on all unused products with the exception of LTL shipments (X Series 30, Luxeve®, and Zentro® fire pits). All returns must occur within 30 days after receiving the item. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will result in a partial refund.

1. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping in the contiguous United States is free. Shipping costs outside the contiguous United States are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
2. When will I receive my order?
Since all products are built in house, they will ship as soon as we have them completed. Please allow 2-8 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and expected arrival date. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order.
3. Can I return my order for a refund?
Breeo offers a full refund on all unused products for 30 days after the item is received. Breeo will cover the cost of return shipping unless the fire pit or accessory has been used, purchased outside the contiguous US, or you are returning an LTL shipment (X Series 30, Luxeve®, or Zentro® fire pit). Otherwise, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. All returns must occur within 30 days after the item is received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will result in a partial refund.
4. Do I need to pay shipping for returns?
Breeo offers free return shipping on all unused products purchased within the contiguous US with exception of LTL shipments (X Series 30, Luxeve®, or Zentro® fire pits). If a fire pit or accessory has been used, purchased outside the contiguous US, or you are returning an LTL shipment, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item.
5. How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order.
6. How do I cancel my order?
Once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email us within 12 hours after you place your order to firstname.lastname@example.org, there is a slight chance we can cancel it in time. If your order cannot be cancelled in time, we offer free returns on all unused products excluding the X Series 30.
7. How do I know if my order went through?
Once your order goes through, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you haven’t received an email confirmation you may have entered your email address incorrectly or your order may not have gone through due to a credit card processing issue. Please email us at email@example.com and we will look into your order for you.
8. Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii! Shipping and handling costs to Alaska and Hawaii are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.
9. Do you ship to Canada?
Yes we do. We ship to Canada and the United States.
10. Do you ship internationally outside of the US?
At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada.
