Rosemary, Honey, and Sea Salt Roasted Nuts

Chestnuts roasting over an open fire is a popular favorite, but why not roast any nuts over an open fire? This sweet, savory mix makes for a great party snack and is delicious warm off the grill, especially in the colder weather months. You will need:

1 cup Raw Cashews
1 cup Raw Pecans
1 cup Raw Walnuts
1 cup Raw Brazil nuts
1 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
1 cup Honey
1 bunch Rosemary Sprigs
2 Tbs Sea Salt
4 Tbs Olive Oil

Preparation:

In a large cast iron pan, heat the olive oil. Divide the rosemary bunch in half, leaving some whole sprigs and finely chopping the leaves of the rest. Add the nuts, rosemary, and salt to the pan and stir frequently.

Drizzle the honey and combine into the nut mixture. Keep stirring until the nuts begin to turn golden brown and sticky.
