Shipping, Returns, and Warranty
Our Shipping Policy
After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and expected arrival date. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order. You can also track the status of your order using our tracking page.
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Most orders require 1 to 2 business days to process. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
For Express delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm EST or they will be shipped the next business day. Express delivery options are not available for X Series 30 and Luxeve fire pits and the X Series Table. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Standard Ground - Free delivery 2 to 4 business days after processing.
FedEx Express Saver - Orders will be delivered 3 business days after the package is shipped.
FedEx Standard Overnight - Orders will be delivered by the end of the next business day.
Alaska and Hawaii shipping
UPS Ground - 2 to 5 days business days after processing. Delivery rates calculated at checkout.
UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 business days. Delivery rates calculated at checkout.
UPS Next Day Air - 1 business day. Delivery rates calculated at checkout.
Currently, we only offer international shipping to Canada. Orders to Canada can be expected to arrive within 2 to 4 days after they are shipped and rates will be calculated at checkout.
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified. If you wish to cancel your order, email email@example.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Our Returns Policy
If you receive your order and are not 100% satisfied, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of arrival for all products EXCEPT for X Series 30 and Luxeve fire pits and the X Series Table. If you are returning an X Series 30, Table, or Luxeve fire pit, you will be responsible for return shipping.
For returning items outside the 30 days or used, we ask that you pay a 20% restocking fee on the product refund.
For orders that are outside the 30 days and unused, and you would like to exchange it for another product, this would qualify for store credit and not a refund.
For items purchased outside 90 days, we do not offer any returns or exchanges on these products.Express/Overnight shipping orders will not be refunded for the shipping cost when returned.
For returning or exchanging apparel, we ask that you contact us within 30 days of purchasing and the item needs to be unworn and in the original packaging to receive a full refund. Apparel that is worn or outside the 30 days will result in a store credit, and not a refund.
We do have an extended holiday return window, which is 45 days, and this applies to orders placed between 11/19-12/25. The items still need to be unused and in the original packaging.
After you receive your order, you have 7 days to open and inspect the items. If something is missing or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos/videos to document the issue. One of our team members will respond to you within 1-2 business days.
We’ve got you covered! When your fire pit arrives, it has already been measured according to our quality standards. However, on the off chance that something is wrong with your fire pit when it arrives like a weld breaking or a manufacturing defect, we offer a limited lifetime warranty to cover these kinds of issues. For fire pits or accessories damaged in shipping, please contact our customer service team with photos and information at email@example.com. A team member will review and offer a credit or replacement based on the extent of the damage.
We guarantee that your fire pit won’t rust through or burn through for up to 5 years after your purchase. If your product is covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace your product with a new one free of charge. If your product has been discontinued, you’ll receive a replacement of equal or lesser value.
You’ll also want to note that the patina on the Corten fire pits is a natural iron oxide surface coating and is not covered by this warranty. There’s no warranty on material finishes, as some of the materials we use may form natural signs of aging with use.
