We're sorry to hear you're unsatisfied with your purchase! One thing we've noticed while using these firepits is that you'll need oxygen, heat, and a good fuel source (i.e. dry, seasoned hardwood). If one of these factors is absent or even lacking, you'll encounter issues with smoke. Additionally, with a larger unit, such as the 32" Zentro, it will require a significant fire in order to get sufficient heat flowing through the exterior walls. With this in mind, you will use a larger amount of wood, however, the results will produce a greater heat output and the reduction of smoke!

Once you get a good fire going, you can sit anywhere around it and not worry about smoke hitting you.

Works Exactly As Advertised
We've used a couple of times already, and the wood we got is not seasoned as much as we would like, but that doesn't seem to matter. Fire burns extremely hot and we've had no issues with smoke.
Couldn't be more happy with the product.

Works as advertised, looks great.
I had a custom firepit built for a stainless Zentro insert and overall am very pleased. It works exactly as advertised - smokes for about 15 minutes until it comes up to target temperature and then only a faint wisp of smoke. It also looks great sitting in my grouted natural sandstone firepit especially when I have a roaring fire going.
I was a little disappointed that the cover started getting rust around the edges within two weeks. I am relying on Breeo's lifetime warranty to make this right should it continue to get worse.
