This simple stir fry is a great addition to your week – simple and fun, yet delicious and nutritious!
You will need:
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 clove garlic (minced)or 1 tsp crushed
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp cornstarch
Mix all ingredients well. Add vegetables to a cast iron skillet and begin to cook over your Breeo Smoke Less Fire Pit.
As the vegetables cook, slowly pour in mixtures. Sauce will thicken and become shiny as it cooks.
Keep it simple by serving the vegetables over rice or serve with grilled chicken or fish. Enjoy!
